We want you to be happy with ReelToIdea. You can try it free (3 Reels a day) before paying anything.

First payment: 14-day refund

If Pro isn't right for you, email hello@reeltoidea.com within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full — no questions.

Renewals

Cancel any time before your renewal date to avoid the next charge. Renewal payments are generally not refunded, but if you forgot to cancel and haven't used Pro since the renewal, write to us within 7 days and we will sort it out.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are processed by Polar, our merchant of record, back to your original payment method. Banks usually take 5–10 business days to show them.

Nothing here limits any rights you have under consumer law where you live.
