Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and Muhammad Sadiq ("ReelToIdea", "we"). By installing the extension or buying a plan you agree to them.

The service

ReelToIdea turns a short video you are watching into a transcript, a breakdown and a text prompt you can paste into an AI assistant of your choice. We do not create the final content — your AI assistant does, and you decide what to publish.

Using it responsibly

• Use ReelToIdea for research, learning and inspiration. Don't republish other creators' words, videos or personal stories as your own.
• Follow Instagram's terms and the laws where you live. You are responsible for what you post.
• Don't try to get around usage limits, share or resell license keys beyond your 3 browsers, scrape our service, or use it to harass anyone.

Plans and payment

• The free plan includes 3 Reels a day and may change.
• Pro is a subscription billed monthly or yearly through Polar, our merchant of record, which also handles taxes and receipts. It renews automatically until you cancel.
• Pro includes up to 150 Reels a day and 1,500 a month (fair use). If a key is used far beyond normal use we may pause it and contact you.
• You can cancel anytime from your receipt email; Pro stays active until the end of the paid period. Refunds follow our refund policy.
• If we change prices, we will tell existing subscribers at least 14 days before it affects them.

AI output

Transcripts and breakdowns are made by AI and can contain mistakes. Check anything important before you rely on it.

Availability

We work to keep ReelToIdea running, but Instagram and other platforms change often and some Reels may not work. We don't guarantee the service will always be available or error-free.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, ReelToIdea is provided "as is", and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

Instagram, ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini are trademarks of their owners. ReelToIdea is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
